Access Physicians and Matagorda Regional Medical Center Launch Tele-Pulmonary and Critical Care Service
February 2, 2021 (Bay City, Texas) – Matagorda Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is partnering with the nation’s leading multispecialty telemedicine physician group, Access Physicians, to bring tele-pulmonary and critical care to its patients.
Through the partnership, health care providers at MRMC can connect with an Access Physicians, board-certified pulmonary and critical care specialist via secure, high-resolution technology in minutes. On-site respiratory therapists, nurses, and other physicians have access to the highest level of consultation to diagnose and treat patients requiring mechanical ventilation and with congestive heart failure, serious infections, and other life-threatening conditions.
